The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation organized at its headquarters in Ajman the first real estate auction for the year 2021, during which a group of properties were offered for sale in the areas of “Al Nuaimia 3”, Mushairif and Al Zahia.
 
Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said: Through holding real estate auctions, we seek to organize the sale of land and real estate in a modern and innovative manner that supports the directives of the wise leadership and achieves strategic goals aimed at promoting the accelerating growth rate witnessed by the real estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman and increasing its contribution In stimulating the local economy and creating new and promising investment opportunities.
 
Yousef Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Auctions Committee, said that the department succeeded in organizing the first edition of the real estate auction in its new format, in the presence of a large number of investors and dealers wishing to purchase the offered properties in all transparency, ease, and ease of procedures.
